• As a Palliative Care Project Coordinator, I play a pivotal role in coordinating and managing our palliative care projects. I guide the implementation, monitoring, and evaluation of projects to provide essential comfort and support to individuals facing serious illnesses. We collaborate with a dedicated team to ensure seamless execution, facilitate communication between stakeholders, and contribute to the overall success of our initiatives. • Prepare program implementation plan & budget as per approved project plan and budget.
• Support and oversee the day-to-day implementation of programs in the field.
• Monitoring and evaluation (M&E) of overall field training & and research activities and providing necessary feedback to the field personnel.
• Organize and facilitate training programs for the GoB-NGO Health Workers.
• Arrange training & and conduct training at the field level with guidance from Civil Surgeons, UH&FPO, and Assistant Coordination Manager (ACM).
• Assist with overall activity planning and implementation, staff development, and training issues.
• Assist in the development of different training manuals and guidelines preparation.
• Design and develop IEC/BCC and Communication materials.
• Assist in organizing training, and workshops at Tertiary and secondary-level health facilities.
• Generate all programmatic reports and report to the Deputy Project Coordinator (DPC).
• Mobilize the community and maintain networking for better coordination & and promote service delivery point.
• Assist in organizing dissemination seminars, workshops, and meetings at the central level.
• Communicate with government officials, local officials of UN agencies, service providers, GoB/PNGOs/development partners.
• Coordinate with CS, DGHS(CDC), ICDDR, B, Upazila & District level administration for project implementation mentioned in the Details Implementation Plan (DIP).
• Keep all records of expenditures on different training processes and submit them to the Administrative Assistant (AA) and Office Manager (OM).
• Monitor surveillance data; Ensure supply of diagnostics and other logistics.
• Any other relevant assignments, required for National Kala-azar Elimination Programme (NKEP) or CDC.

Bangladesh Nari Progati Sangha (BNPS)     I     Apr 2019 – 15 Sep 2023

• Support and oversee the day-to-day implementation of the program in the field.
• Represent the project activity at District Level and share project progress and feedback with BNPS & Simavi.
• Capacity building of PNGO staff capacity development through mentoring and on-the-job coaching, coordinating with the Capacity Building Advisor of Simavi Netherlands and Capacity Building Coordinator, BNPS to arrange and conduct training activities, training materials development, awareness campaigns, and field operation.
• Channelize SRHR/GBV/MHM thematic support to targeted audience and beneficiaries.
• Support to PNGO for reporting and project documentation with financial management.
• Participate in meetings periodically with the District level Administration and other line departments, UN/INGOs to update about the project progress.
• Support and organize to conduct FGD and research activity and oversee the data collection team.
• Review and prepare the final project progress report and share it with Simavi Netherlands.
• Keep close relationships with other respective Government line departments (Women’s Affairs, Youth Development, Social Services, and Education, etc.) and stakeholders in intervention areas.
• Arrange workshops and training for GO-NGO health service providers and project staff.
• Collaboration and coordination with the Office of the District Commissioner, Civil Surgeon Office, District Family Planning Office, and local CSOs.
• Design and develop project-related IEC/BCC materials, prepare articles, and case studies, collect data, and prepare success stories as well as maintain media for dissemination.
